  • What is Coaching?

Coaching (or Life Coaching) may be a good fit for you if 

     ...you want to “level up” an area of your life (work, health, relationships, time-management, self care, etc.).

…you find yourself stuck in your efforts to make a change.

…you recognize that the accountability provided by a coach would really make a difference in keeping you on track with your goals.

…you know where you want to be, but can’t seem to figure out how to get there on your own.

...you feel unhappy or frustrated in certain aspects of your life, and you’re ready to take control of your reality and live your best life.

...you need someone to help you recognize your limiting beliefs and bust through them.

The coaching relationship provides the coachee with support, insight, encouragement, and accountability in order to equip and empower the coachee to achieve personal and professional growth and live into his/her best life.

Coaching can assist with values clarification, education, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests. While coaching is not a type of therapy, it may address specific personal issues (relational, spiritual, emotional, etc.) as deemed relevant by coach and coachee.

The coaching that I offer does not draw upon spiritual elements and themes unless requested by the client.
